Mental disorders or known as mental illnesses or psychiatric disorders are health conditions that can significantly impact individuals thoughts, emotion, and behavior, and are known as behavioral or mental patterns that cause significant distress or impairment in social, personal, occupational, or other areas of functioning.

Anxiety

An anxiety disorder is a type of mental disorder characterized by excessive and persistent emotions of dread, concern, and stress. Many factors, such as certain situations, objects, or social interactions, can cause anxiety disorders to emerge in various ways or develop.

Depression

Depression disorder is characterized by an enduring sense of loss, loneliness, and hopelessness, as well as a lack of interest or pleasure in once-enjoyed activities. Depression can also have an impact on a person's physical health, resulting in symptoms including altered eating and sleep habits, exhaustion, and attention problems.

Bipolar Disorder

Bipolar Disorder is a mental health condition that is characterized by extreme mood swings that can range from intense periods of high or manic episodes to episodes of depression or lows. The shifts in mood and energy can be dramatic and can significantly impact a person's daily life, relationships, and work.

PTSD

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, or PTSD, is a disorder of the mind that can develop after a person has experienced or witnessed a horrific incident. Invading memories, flashbacks, nightmares, avoiding reminders of the traumatic incident, and increased arousal are just a few of the symptoms of PTSD.

 

A broad variety of traumatic events, including as exposure to battle, sexual or physical abuse, accidents, natural disasters, and other traumatic incidents, can result in PTSD. The degree and length of symptoms can differ from person to person, and not everyone who encounters a traumatic incident will acquire PTSD.
