  • Daily, weekly, and monthly “challenges” set for teens to improve their mental health

  • We and users can create “challenges” such as taking time for oneself throughout the day, battling addiction, meditation, journaling, and more!

  • Users can “post” about their journey using hashtags of what challenges and goals they are achieving. 

#dailymeditation

Statistics have shown that meditation and mindfulness is beneficial to our mental health! Even as little as 5 minutes per day can have a positive impact on our thoughts and actions. Join the daily meditation challenge and feel a little bit better everyday!

#weeklyjournaling

Many studies have stated that frequent journaling is great for mental health! Writing down our thoughts allows us to clear our brains, improve our moods, and track our symptoms. Journaling is even known to boost comprehension and memory! Join us weekly!

#dailywalks

Exercise, even a simple walk, releases dopamine in our brains, a feel good chemical. Walking just a little bit everyday improves our mental health. Join the daily walking challenge!
